Shipping & Delivery
1. Which countries do you ship to?
Orders are shipped from Hossegor, France to all of Europe.
2. I have placed an order when will it be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
For France, orders are shipped via DPD (DHL for express delivery).
For the rest of Europe, orders are shipped via DPD.
For international orders (outside the EU), shipments are handled by DHL.
Orders placed before 12pm CET are dispatched the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 12pm CET will be dispatched the following business day. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order.
3. Can I change my shipping address?
All requests for updates or adjustments to shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, if your order can not be delivered to you due to an inaccurate shipping address, we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.
4. Does Deus ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do ship orders to PO boxes.
5. I have only received a portion of my order, when is the rest scheduled to arrive?
When only part of your order is available we will ship the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. In this instance, an email confirmation will be sent and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the items that are unavailable.
6. How much is shipping?
Europe (Eurozone)
Flat rate 12€.
Free on orders over 120€.
Rest of Europe
Flate rate 30€.
Free on orders over 120€ (excluding extra CEE zone - Norway, Switzerland and Turkey).
7. Do I have to pay customs and duties ?
Yes, you may be required to pay customs and duties on orders over certain thresholds. Any associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and Deus Ex Machina cannot be held responsible for any additional charges, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.
