Returns

1. How can I return?

To get the process started, please go to our return portal and follow the steps.

Keep in mind that customers are in charge of their own return shipping costs.

1. Do you offer returns?

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right you have 30 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us. We just ask you to return the garments in the condition they were sent to you:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No odours or marks
  • Original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

If an item does not satisfy the above requirements it will be returned to you.

2. What can I not return?

  • Helmets: Due to safety reasons, all helmets are strictly nonrefundable. We recommend visiting our local store to correctly measure your helmet size.
  • In-store purchases: Our retail stores are on different accounting systems and we are unable to return any orders placed in-store online.
  • Online Purchases: Our online store is on a different accounting system to our retail stores, therefore we are unable to return any orders placed online via in-store.

3. What is your return process?

  • You will receive an email update from Deus Ex Machina as soon as your refund has been initiated.

4. Do I have to pay customs and duties by returning from an Extra Cee country?

Yes, if your return comes from an Extra Cee country you may be required to pay customs and duties. Associated taxes are charged once the package reaches the destination country. These fees must be paid by the sender of the package. We have no control over these charges and Deus Ex Machina cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.
