Located in the Samcheong-dong neighborhood of Seoul. Combining existing architectural elements of a traditional Hanok with contemporary industrial forms and materials resulting in a space that is at once familiar and beguiling, this contrast is amplified by exposed structural elements and raw finishes within. The Old House acts as an urban respite, centered on a light-flooded atrium lined with bench seating and filled with the aroma of fresh brews and pastries.
